AI International Film Festival – March 1 Showcase

HOLLYWOOD, CA — In a creative landscape shadowed by doubt, imitation, and digital perfection, the AI International Film Festival continues to point the way.

On Sunday, March 1, we are leaving behind the triplex theater and moving into a space built for raw creation. The festival will stage two back-to-back events at the Promenade Playhouse, an intimate black-box theater located inside the Los Angeles Performing Arts Conservatory (1534 N Highland Ave, Hollywood, CA 90028)—just one block from the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

And yes, there is dedicated FREE parking on-site—a true Hollywood rarity!

A Day of Radical Transparency "It’s a faster and rapidly expanding world," says festival founder Bert Holland, "but speed doesn’t trump meaning. These filmmakers prove that the most advanced technology on earth is still the human, and the human has a message."

From thought-provoking documentaries to thrilling sci-fi flicks, the festivals present a bold selection of short films and music videos from around the world. But the screening is just the beginning. Between the films, creators attending both in-person and via Zoom from overseas interact directly with the audience in live, spontaneous conversation. No filters. No scripted talking points. Just creators explaining what compelled them to speak.

2:30 PM – Doors Open Arrive early for Networking and Red Carpet Interviews.

3:00 PM - 4:30 PM – AI INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL Screening the top shorts out of 110+ international submissions. The next generation of filmmakers from around the world watch and critique each other’s works, and share insights about AI in dynamic Q&A sessions with the audience. The screening concludes with an Awards Ceremony and Audience Choice Awards.

4:30 PM - 6:00 PM – AI INTERNATIONAL MUSIC VIDEO FESTIVAL Join us for our sixth music video festival! Screening the top Music Videos out of 40+ international submissions. The next generation of music makers share insights in dynamic Q&A sessions with the audience. The screening concludes with an Awards Ceremony and Audience Choice Awards.

6:00 PM Onwards – POST-SHOW NETWORKING With our new location right in the heart of the Hollywood Theatre District, attendees and film crews are invited to transition seamlessly from the theater to the vibrant local restaurants and bars along the Walk of Fame to continue the discussions and celebrate our winners.
